I suggest signing up for newsletter. Thats how I knew new refills were available. My granddaughter is a prolific anime designer so these are always special gifts.
I purchased 3 colored refills and a large colorless blender. When the package arrived, it had been torn open all of the colored refills were gone. I emailed the company to ask them if there was insurance on the package and explained what had happened. They were very friendly. Asked a few question and replaced all the missing items from my order. I was totally not expecting that. I feel the company went above and beyond to take care of me! Thank you so much for great customer service! That is getting harder and harder to find.
