Return Policy Details
3% restocking fee plus the following:
- Item(s) must be in BRAND NEW UNOPENED condition.
- Please contact us for an RMA.
- Unauthorized returns forfeit goods and refund options which includes but is not limited to "Return to Sender" scenarios.
- Buyer pays ALL shipping fees. This also means if you return an item that had free shipping, we will deduct our original shipping costs from your refund.
- Returned items with broken seal on shrink-wrap (authorized or not) will not be processed.
