Order Status

Has my order shipped?

You can check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you ordered as a guest, check the confirmation email for a link to track your order.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to orders that haven't been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return items following our return policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your account to view tracking information for all your orders.

My order never arrived

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or building management. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll help investigate with the carrier and find a solution.

An item is missing from my shipment

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team with your order number and details about the missing item. We'll verify your order and send the missing item right away or issue a refund.

My product is missing parts

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll send replacement parts or arrange for a complete replacement at no additional cost to you.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items will ship as soon as they're back in stock. You'll receive an email notification when your backordered item ships. Check your order confirmation or contact us for estimated restock dates.

My Account

How do I create an account?

Click "Account" or "Sign In" at the top of any page, then select "Create Account." Fill in your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

How do I edit my account information?

Log into your account and click on "Account Settings" or "Profile." From there you can update your email, password, shipping addresses, and payment methods.

I forgot my password

Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Shipping & Returns

How much is my shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.

How do I return my product?

Log into your account, go to your order history, and select "Return Items." Follow the prompts to print a return label. Pack the item securely and ship it back within our return window. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the return.

I received the wrong product

We sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you right away and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items may have different return policies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and process your return.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to many countries worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your location. International shipping times and costs vary by destination.

What is the return policy?

International returns are accepted within 30 days. Please contact us before returning international orders. Note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for international orders, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

I have a question on my charges

Check your order confirmation email for a detailed breakdown of charges. If you see an unexpected charge, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. Note that your bank may show a pending authorization that differs from the final charge.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice

Log into your account and view your order history to download or print receipts. You can also find your receipt in your order confirmation email. Contact us if you need a formal invoice for business purposes.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged when your order ships, not when you place the order. You may see a temporary authorization hold when you place your order, but the actual charge occurs at shipment.

How do I find my product?

Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by product name, SKU, or keyword. You can also browse by category using the navigation menu. Use filters to narrow down results by price, brand, or other attributes.

Use the main navigation menu to browse product categories. The search function helps you find specific items quickly. Your account dashboard provides access to orders, saved items, and account settings. The shopping cart icon shows your current cart contents.

How do I use a coupon?

Enter your coupon code in the "Discount Code" or "Promo Code" field at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total. Coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and must be entered before completing your purchase.
