The ShinHan Touch Liner is quite possibly the best liner available for using with alcohol based markers. The Touch Liner features archival, pigment based ink for precise drawing, illustrating, graphic design and documents. The Touch Liner is a quality liner made in Japan but contains ShinHan Korean made ink. The ShinHan Art Touch Liner is completely compatible with other other pigment based inks.
