I just received 2 Copic F01 DP multiliners, 2 F01 SDP multiliners, 3 F02 DP multiliners and 2 Gasenfude pens.  
One of the F01 DPs does not work. What do I do with it now?

This is just my experience, but it wasnt as good as I expected it to be. The ink takes a lot of time to dry and smudged all over my paper. If i wanted to use it on a copic piece I would have to wait a while after every line I made so it didnt get on my hand and dirty my paper. And if I was able to get good line art, I would have to wait till the next day to color it in and avoid smudges. Wouldnt recommend it.
